With 2020 being the year of the COVID-19 global pandemic, we had to cancel a few trips and make other plans. One of those plans was to stay closer to home, so in May 2020, we made a day trip to the Townsend area of Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Our first stop wasn't a stop at all, but a scenic drive around the one-way eleven-mile loop road in Cades Cove. Below are some images of the visit.

There is no entrance fee at Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
