Continuing our August 2013 trip to Crater Lake National Park, we stopped at the pullout for Godfrey Glen Trail. The pulloff is off of Munson Valley Road about 1.5 miles past the entrance fee station. Godfrey Glen Trail is a one mile loop that is wide and nearly flat. It is listed as a fully accessible trail, but the trail surface seemed a bit too soft for a wheelchair due to recent rainfall. Strollers should not be a problem. The trail elevation varies between 6,000 and 6,050 feet. We chose to hike the loop in a clockwise direction.

A $10 vehicle pass is valid for seven consecutive days at Crater Lake National Park. Another option is to purchase the America the Beautiful - National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass valid for one year for $80. A lifetime Senior Pass is available for $10 for those 62 years of age or older.
