Our October 2017 trip to bike the Katy Trail State Park ended with a 9.2 mile ride from Green Ridge to the State Fairgrounds in Sedalia. This mostly wooded segment provided plenty of shade and averaged less than one public road crossing per mile.
We enjoyed our time biking on the Katy and look forward to our next visit to continue our bike journey across Missouri.
